In 2021 my divorce was finalized and my dad passed away. Both in the same year. I sold my house during it, and I did not have an agent who understood what I was going through. It was one of the worst experiences of my life.
That is the reason I got my real estate license. Not to sell more houses. To make sure nobody else has to feel the way I felt.
I know what it is like to be handed a decision about a house at the worst possible time. I know what it is like when the person on the other side of the table is only thinking about the sale. So when I sit down with you, I am not there to talk you into anything. I am there to explain your options, tell you what I would do, and then support whatever you decide.
