What Makes This Different
This is not a normal sale.
An inherited home comes with a court process, siblings who may not agree, a house full of belongings, and grief that has not had time to settle.
Most agents will push for a listing date before you have even worked out who has authority to sign. Investors will call you within a week with a number well under what the house is worth.
You do not need to become an expert on probate. You need the real value, the order things have to happen in, and someone who will wait with you while the process catches up.
The Process
Here is how it works.
01
Tell me about the house and the estate
Answer a few short questions. It takes about a minute, and you do not need paperwork, a pre-approval, or anything official in front of you.
02
Get your numbers and your options
I put the real numbers together and walk you through what each option actually costs you and what it gets you. In writing, not a guess over the phone.
03
Move at your pace
If you are ready, I handle it from there. If you are not, you keep the plan and you call when the time is right. There is no cost either way.

“I want you to know a hug is waiting on both sides of this.”
About Holly
I have sat exactly where you are sitting.
Realtor · Keller Williams Capital Partners
In 2021 my divorce was finalized and my dad passed away. Both in the same year. I sold my house during it, and I did not have an agent who understood what I was going through. It was one of the worst experiences of my life.
That is the reason I got my real estate license. Not to sell more houses. To make sure nobody else has to feel the way I felt.
I know what it is like to be handed a decision about a house at the worst possible time. I know what it is like when the person on the other side of the table is only thinking about the sale. So when I sit down with you, I am not there to talk you into anything. I am there to explain your options, tell you what I would do, and then support whatever you decide.
I am a Realtor with Keller Williams Capital Partners here in Central Ohio. I work with families in Plain City, Dublin, Powell, Marysville, Delaware, Hilliard, Lewis Center, Worthington, Westerville, and all around Columbus.
I run my business with God as the CEO, and I try to treat every person who walks through my door the way I would want my own family treated.
Included
What you get, at no cost.
What the home is actually worth today
A real valuation based on what is selling near you right now, and a date-of-death value if the estate needs one.
The order things have to happen in
What has to clear the court before the house can be listed, and what you can get done in the meantime.
Coordination with the estate's attorney
I will speak directly with the attorney so you are not the one relaying messages between everyone.
Cleanout and estate sale help
Cleanout crews, estate sale companies, movers and storage. All people I have used before.
As-is versus repairs, priced out
What the house sells for as it stands, and what a paint-and-carpet refresh would realistically return.
Zero pressure
If the honest answer is that nothing needs to happen for six months, I will say so.

Questions people ask.
No. Most people who fill this out are not ready yet. They just want to know what they are working with. There is no cost and no obligation.
Ready When You Are
