Worthington is where my brokerage office is, and it is one of the most characterful places in Central Ohio to sell a house. Old Worthington has properties going back generations, tight streets, a real village green, and buyers who care about original detail. Around it are mid-century ranches and colonials on established lots. Because so many houses here have been in one family for a very long time, a large share of the sales I see are estates, and those houses are usually full. There is no shame in that and no need to rush it. Worthington buyers will wait for the right house, which means you almost always have more time than you think you do.
