I am Holly. I help Central Ohio families buy, sell, build new, and work through the harder moves - a divorce, or a house left behind after losing someone. Whatever you are facing, you will not be doing it on your own.

How I help
Most of my clients come to me for one of these six things. Every one of them starts the same way: an honest conversation and a real number.

Selling
Pricing that reflects your street rather than a national average, proper preparation and photography, and honest updates the whole way through.

New builds
The builder's rep works for the builder. I read the contract, price the upgrades and hold the punch list, and it usually costs you nothing.

Divorce

Probate
Usually there is no hurry, whatever anyone is telling you. Value first, then the order things need to happen in, then the cleanout.

Relocating
Ten towns that are not interchangeable. I will tell you where you would actually want to live, and where you would not.
Read how this works→Why me
Being someone’s biggest cheerleader is not a tagline I picked because it sounded nice. It is how I was raised and it is how I work. Buying and selling homes is one of the largest financial things most people ever do, and almost nobody does it feeling completely sure of themselves.
I have also been through a divorce, and through losing a parent and everything that came with the house afterwards. So I answer the question you actually asked, I put the numbers in writing, and then I leave the decision with you. If the honest answer is to wait, I will say so.
God is the CEO of my business and of everything I do, and that shows up in the ordinary way: honesty over commission, patience over pressure, and treating your family the way I would want mine treated.
“Your biggest cheerleader, in real estate and in life.”
God is the CEO of my business, and of everything I do. - Holly
How it works
A phone call, a text, or the form. Five minutes. Buying, selling, building, or just weighing it up - you do not need to have decided anything.
What your home is worth, what your options cost, what the market is actually doing on your street. In writing, not a guess over the phone.
Your options and what order things happen in. Then it is yours. Move now, move later, or not at all - I am in your corner either way.
