For attorneys
A realtor your clients will not complain about.
You need the property handled competently, communicated neutrally, and documented well enough to survive a file review. That is the whole job as I understand it.
Most of my work comes through family law and probate counsel in Central Ohio. What they tell me they want is simple: a valuation they can rely on, someone who will speak to both parties without inflaming anything, and no surprises between contract and closing.
I stay firmly inside my lane. I do not advise on legal strategy, division of marital property, or the administration of an estate, and I say so to clients in writing on every page of this website. When a client asks me a legal question I send them back to you.

What I provide
Written valuations
Current market value with the comparable sales attached, in a format your client can read and you can put in a file. Date-of-death valuations for estates where they are needed.
Neutral by default
In a divorce I communicate with both parties and both counsel, in the same terms. I do not advocate for either side and I do not opine on division of assets.
Court-ready timelines
If a sale has to fit a hearing date or an entry, tell me the date and I will tell you honestly whether it is achievable.
Discretion
Quiet marketing where it is warranted, controlled showings, and no signage if the client asks for none.
Referrals
Send a client, or call me first to see whether it is a fit.
Direct line (614) 849-2255, or homeswithhollyt@gmail.com. If you would rather I contact the client, send me their name and number and tell me how much they already know.
Need a valuation for a file?
Written, with comparable sales attached, usually within a few days of seeing the property.
No pressure, no obligation, and no one will chase you.
